EU Right of Withdrawal Exemption for Digital Content
Under European Union consumer protection laws, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) allows consumers to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun.

Because sonicLAB/sonicPlanet products consist of instantly fulfilled software downloads and automated iLOK license deposits, your right of withdrawal is waived and lost the moment the transaction is completed and the digital delivery is initiated, provided you gave your explicit consent at checkout. 

Consequently, all digital software sales are final, and we cannot grant refunds once an iLOK license has been deposited or a download link has been accessed.
